Gary Damico

In his real estate practice, Gary works closely with developers, investors, builders, and homeowners throughout Maryland. He supports clients through commercial and residential transactions, land use and development projects, leasing, and construction-related agreements. His strength lies in helping clients move through complicated legal matters with clarity and confidence.

On the business side, Gary partners with entrepreneurs, family-run businesses, and regional companies to support their growth from the ground up. He regularly advises on entity formation, governance, succession planning, and buy-sell arrangements. For many clients, he serves as outside general counsel, offering legal support and strategic insight that align with their long-term goals.

Gary values strong, lasting relationships and approaches every engagement with a genuine desire to understand and support his clients. He listens closely, communicates clearly, and delivers tailored solutions that reflect both legal expertise and business realities.

He has been recognized by the legal community as a multi-year Maryland Super Lawyers honoree in the Real Estate category and has twice been named an “Up & Coming Lawyer” by What’s Up? Magazine.

Beyond his legal work, Gary is deeply committed to giving back. He serves on the board and governance committee of Wide-Angle Youth Media and supports Ronald McDonald House Charities Maryland. Civic involvement is a shared passion in his home. His wife, Emily, serves as an executive with the Baltimore Children and Youth Fund, which invests in youth-serving organizations across the city.

Gary lives in the Locust Point neighborhood of Baltimore with Emily and their son, Emmett.
