
Widely regarded as impressive by his colleagues, Mr. Nguyen has served on the Board of Directors at multiple educational non-profits and leadership foundations.
He began practicing Appellate Law on behalf of the Office of the Maryland Attorney General before the Maryland Court of Special Appeals (now known as the Appellate Court of Maryland); and has since won countless victories for his clients through settlement, bench trials, and jury trials in District Court, Circuit Court, and Appellate Court.
Prior to co-founding Nguyen Roche Sutton, Mr. Nguyen’s work history includes Senior Counsel at the largest Federal Administrative Law Firm in Maryland, where Mr. Nguyen traveled extensively throughout the United States arguing at Federal hearings, Managing Partner at a boutique law firm, and Managing Attorney at the largest family/domestic law firm in Maryland. Additionally, Mr. Nguyen has spent time at the Maryland Office of the Public Defender’s Felony Trial Division and with the Deputy Assistant Secretary of Defense for Detainee Affairs, tracking detainee litigation with Joint Task Force Guantanamo for detainees held at Guantanamo Bay Naval Base.
