
Mark was born and raised in Brooklyn, New York, and began his career litigating cases in New York City and its surrounding counties. After navigating the courtrooms of the Big Apple, Mark and his family relocated to Maryland, where he quickly found his niche in criminal law. He practiced at another firm for nearly a decade, eventually becoming partner of the criminal department. In April 2025, Mark joined Nguyen Roche Sutton to pioneer and expand its criminal defense practice.
Mark prides himself on providing fierce and passionate representation to clients facing serious criminal charges. He has defended clients in Federal Court and every Maryland County and has visited nearly every detention center in the State.
Mark has tried numerous jury trials involving some of the most serious criminal charges, including several child sex offense cases.
